Dear Ms. Benavides:

This letter is to follow up on our conversation today at the memorial in Uvalde for the 21 souls stolen from us. As we mentioned we are contemplating a 27-billion-dollar Class Action lawsuit against all responsible parties. The Class will consist of all victims, including, the deceased, the injured children, the parents, and all children, teachers, and individuals on the school premises at the time, along with all the family members who witnessed this tragedy. The defendants will include, but are not limited to, gun manufacturers, gun sellers, social media, the parents with whom the shooter lived, the police who failed to enter the school for 61 minutes, the State of Texas for putting out false information to the victim’s families and the FBI who approved the sale of these weapons to this 18-year-old, who had a history of domestic violence and who telegraphed his intentions on social media.

We would be honored to represent all of the victims in this case on a Contingency Fee basis for 25% of any recovery and will advance all Court Costs and fees to be reimbursed at the conclusion of the litigation. I have conferred with Mr. Joseph Cotchett of the firm COTCHETT PITRE & McCARTHY LLP. We all have extensive experience in representing plaintiffs in cases involving mass torts.

I also indicated that we intend to set aside an amount from any recovery to create a local Student Non-violent Coordinating Committee, as well as a local SNCC in each city in America, with the aim and objective of teaching and training in local schools from Elementary to High Schools the importance of racial tolerance, non-violence, and the scientific fact of the unifying humanity of all human beings. This is the approach in my hometown of Selma, Alabama in creating the successful Selma SNCC. We need your help with this project.

We will also need your direct involvement in pushing for legislation that creates a "Red Flag Registry", patterned after the sex offense registry, to require mandatory action against any individual who expressly or impliedly indicates an intent to harm others on social media, in publication, or in any manner whatsoever, including listing the names and tracking the whereabouts of such individuals. Of course, appropriate due process will be afforded, such as the person being evaluated by three independent mental health professionals and a judicial hearing confirming the truth and veracity of such threats.

We will be very grateful if you could facilitate a meeting with the families affected by this tragedy. Mr. Cotchett, Mr. Ryder, and I eagerly await your response affirming the proposed meeting. Please feel free to contact us at any time on our cell phones. Charles at 415- 601-0268 and Jesse at 315-382-3617.

Very Truly Yours,
/s/ Charles A. Bonner
